You may never be free of your trauma, but realizing that it happened can be a powerful catharsis.

Quality thinking gone into this article - a number of points to make any of us think.

I wonder what we are defining as trauma? The inflation of terms alongside so many seeking to externalise the causes of why they are who they are (and not achieving what they want to be?) is worrisome.

Lived experience and placing into context alongside our attitude and aptitude as we grow may further contextualise trauma and how we use challenges to grow.

Sense is we are generating work for new forms of professional earning from inflation. When a deal of what we are truly talking about is the breakdown of community and mutual support networks where we would, can, find empathy (another word taken on different meanings) and develop beyond purpose to search for meaning in what we do and the why we do it.
