Yes! You summed it very well Don. All us cyclists, seemingly half of humanity, have suffered the temerity of those who just cannot admit to being at fault, do the right things and move forward positively.

My wife had a gent run into the back of our car. He fessed up, we settled and moved on. What made the difference? My wife quietly spoke to the gent and gently said perhaps he should not be going to work wreaking of beer. A reminder of the other wrongs can induce a bit more humility.
