Speed without proper direction - we need velocity with the right speed and direction to generate the right momentum.

This points to quality, not the charlatan use we regularly read, use of foresight tools, techniques and facilitation to allow open debate and dialogue. Then we build approaches where we foresee more of what will happen, can happen, may happen, and build the necessary decision points to ensure active, adaptive, ecosystem-economic management.
