Not sure about the language used, the intent is there and the siloed perspective of an American, the USofA, certainly brings a superficiality to the Western European meets Eastern Europe meets Caucasus and the 'Heartland' dynamics that misses much of history plus geopolitical matters.
The fact check points are definitely apparent and placing WWII into the reality blurring civilian and defined military personnel saw further developments of the Geneva Convention where we have never been ahead of civilian casualties and food as a weapon realities in the last 70 years
