Interestingly, did not see too much on management and how the individual fits to tasks and teams. Eisenhower's pieces, as a foundational element, point to how he organised within the armed forces - hence hierarchy. Now, with so many of us peer managing fitting our focused time to managing, dare I say leading?, relational work means the nature of lists changes as we look at response, time and energy - opportunity for a collaborative piece there?
