I like the Chaos Monkey - with a monkey wrench. No matter how many simulations are run, being in there and doing it is always the best teacher, trainer, provider of getting to the next level.

Not sure on the switch to the writing piece, great points in there and remember reading the 40 - 20 - 40 rule. Prepare - write - edit and edit some damn more.
