Great set of reminders and thinking on how to move forward together.

How about this for a working hypothesis Jason - loads of parents are jealous their teenage offspring have all those pieces of tech wrapped in one or two devices as against what we face with our parents in our teen years?

Working all day nowadays in front of a screen, I seek to reinforce:-

Turn the things off a hour plus ahead of bed - the eyes need a rest from the light. The brain requires a change of gear.

Go to low light reading devices and media to cause fresh thinking as shift to sleep, recuperation and reflection.

Happy reflections and refractions on all the categorical 'advice' simply not working. Go with the flow and test yourself rather than be a grumpy old B@*#*@!D
