Good piece - made me stop and think again about aspects of work currently doing on replication; taking quality ideas, products and services and transplanting them to new market areas (A little bit extra since we are looking to support businesses in Somaliland).

Clear lessons and certainly points for us to ask of both the replicator and the business service/product to be replicating.
