The 'and so on' worries me but the rest is spot on. The reality is we are swamped with data - the point regarding 'correct information' is the critical ingredient. It is this element that requires ICT to be blended into the behavioural patterns of those involved with decision-making. And, more to the point, commensurate action.

DIDA, from Henley Business School days, is the key acronym. DIDA? Data, collected and collated -> Information -> Decision -> Action. feedback loops become part of the ongoing get it right first time working
