First tried out Tai Chi Ch'aun when destroyed my right leg loading a concrete mixer - struggled but then picked up. Got better and left it alone.

Now returned to yoga in different forms and the graceful movement associated with Tai Chi

- As the teachers say power is in being in control and control means being deliberative. Slow creates fast twitch for us more senior runners, riders and lovers of mobility.

Strength without Flexibility = Rigidity

Flexibility without Strength = Instability

Doing these mind, body and spiritual practices is the basis for quality in all things inside to reflect outward to others.
